Famous Scottish Smoked Salmon
| Ritchies of Rothesay was established in 1956 on the beautiful island of Bute situated in the Firth of Clyde on the West Coast of Scotland. Since then we have been smoking only Atlantic salmon taken from ice cold scottish waters.
The salmon are cured in our own secret recipe for two days and nights, no artificial ingredients or colours included, then smoked over oak shavings (from Scotch whiskey casks) in our 100 year old kilns before being vacuum packed and posted to your home by 1st Class mail or by Swiftair to europe. |
